ETO UPDATE FEBRUARY 2024

EX-ETO SPONSORED CHILDREN RENOVATE MUGUNA ANNA SCHOOL

Dear ETO Supporter.

It is with great delight we can report to you about how 28 of our ex eto pupils have donated money to renovate our school at Muguna Anna.

Livingstone reported:
In the middle of January this year an ex-eto sponsored child visited our Muguna Anna school with his niece.  During this visit he noticed that the school buildings were still the way they were when he completed his form four studies in 2008.

Noticing the school could do with some renovation he contacted a number of other ex-eto students and asked them to help to renovate the school infrastructure.  After meeting together they donated 39600 KES for the cement, sand and labour. The work began on 17th January.  The dining hall, administration block and laboratory are currently in the process of being renovated.
This however is not just a one off occurrence. The group have planned further renovations and additional support for the school.

After exhausting the previous contributions this group met again and donated 166000 KES for further work to take place. Our thanks to:

SPONSORED CHILDREN
Your donations continue to make a huge difference to needy girls and boys that ETO helps and supports.

The photographs below show some of our current ETO supported children. It is only through your donations that we can ensure these children receive a good education and get enough food to eat.

Thank you.
This is Monicah Kinya. Monicah is doing well in her school studies.  She is under the care of her grandmother, as her mother is an epileptic.  Her grandmother cares for 8 other grand children.
This is Mwenda Wanja. Mwenda life has improved dramatically thanks to the support of ETO.
This is Vincent Mutumikiri. Vincent is another sponored child who is continuing to flourish with the support of ETO
This is Glory Mawia.  Glory doesn't have a mother of father.  She is in the care of ETO after being rescued from early forced marriage.  She leads praise and worship in her school Christian Union.
